Ability strips for freeform larps

Ability strips are a quick way to add simple abilities to any freeform larp.

Here’s how it works:

1. Write your freeform larp as usual, ensuring each character has an “Other People” section on their character sheet.
2. For each character, choose one of the ability strips. (You can give the same strip to more than one character.)
3. To each character’s strip, add their name, their dark secret (if they have one—otherwise put “You have no Secrets”), and a piece of information (already on their character sheet) that would be useful to be shared.
4. Print the ability strips and add them to the appropriate character envelope.

And that’s it! 

Note - this is an MS Word document so that you can edit the abilities and change the formatting to suit your game.
